Payment Terms
- Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method offered on the website www.maximepro.be.
Accepted credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc. Bank details for transfers will be provided during the ordering process.
- Payment Deadlines
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. No order will be shipped before the payment receipt is confirmed.
- Invoicing
A detailed invoice will be sent to the customer by email after the order is confirmed. For B2B, the invoice will include the product prices in euros, excluding taxes (excl. VAT), as well as shipping costs and applicable VAT.
- Late Payments
In case of an agreed deferred payment, any late payment will incur late fees calculated based on the applicable legal interest rate, increased by 8 points. In case of persistent non-payment, Ets. Tassinon SRL reserves the right to suspend or cancel ongoing orders and to pursue the recovery of amounts due by all legal means available.
- Payment Security
Payments made on the website www.maximepro.be are secured by an SSL encryption system (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the protection of the customer's bank data.
Ets. Tassinon SRL does not store customers' bank data after the transaction.
- Complaints and Disputes
Any complaint regarding an invoice must be addressed to our customer service within 7 days following the receipt of the invoice. In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
