General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all product sales concluded on the website www.maximepro.be, owned by Ets. Tassinon SRL. Any order placed on the site implies the unconditional acceptance by the client of these GTCS.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site on the day of the client's consultation, subject to available stock. The photographs and descriptions of the products are not contractual.
3. Orders
Orders are placed online on the website www.maximepro.be. The client receives an order confirmation by email. Ets. Tassinon SRL reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of payment issues or an existing dispute with the client.
4. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros and do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are billed in addition and are indicated before the order is confirmed. Maxime Pro reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method offered on the site. The order will be shipped after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the client when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative, and [Site Name] cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control. In case of delay or unexpected unavailability of a product, the client will be informed by email.
7. Receipt of Products
The client is required to check the condition of the delivered products upon receipt. In the event of missing or damaged products, the client must make reservations with the carrier and inform Maxime Pro within 2 working days.
8. Withdrawal and Return
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sales contracts concluded between professionals. Product returns are only accepted in the case of a proven defect and with prior agreement from Maxime Pro.
9. Warranty
The products sold benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity or hidden defect, the client must inform Ets. Tassinon SRL in writing within 5 days after discovering the defect.
10. Liability
The liability of Ets. Tassinon SRL is limited to the amount of the order. Ets. Tassinon SRL cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, operating losses, loss of profit, or other damages suffered by the client.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of Ets. Tassinon SRL and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited. Maxime Pro is a registered trademark.
12. Personal Data
The personal data collected is used for order management and service improvement. In accordance with the regulations, the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
